Northwestern Middle School
Overview
Northwestern Middle School located in Zachary, Louisiana consist of a cluster of one-story buildings that were built in several phases beginning in 1950. The school campus is situated on a large tract fronting Railroad Avenue across the street from the railroad tracks that cross through the city. There is also access from Avenue A along the north side of the campus. This campus is by far in the worst condition of the four facilities in the Zachary system. With the exception of the existing auditorium and gymnasium, the entire school is scheduled to be replaced.
